Prevention & Management of Work-related Violence

National Occupational Standards

The National Occupational Standards for the Prevention and Management of Work Related Violence are designed to support the development of good practice and awareness in the workplace, and the needs of employers and employees. They have been developed and reviewed in consultation with employers, sector specialists and stakeholders and awarding bodies. They are widely imported into other suites of national occupational standards and mapped to awards and development programmes
