We are an independent private company, recognised by government, with a core team of professional management staff with a strong administrative and communications support. This is supported by a network of contract staff and a range of partnerships with other organisations.

Tony
Green
Managing Director
An experienced professional Personnel and Training practitioner, Tony spent 21 years in the Coal Mining Industry, across a range of activities and operational situations where he developed and enhanced his practical skills, providing the basis for his assumption of senior management roles across the Industry. He then assumed the role of Regional Commercial Director responsible for a wide range of commercial activities for Opencast Mining.
Tony was the first Director of Operations of the embryo organisation the Employment Occupational Standards Council (EOSC) in 1995. Since then, he has guided the organization over the last 10 years from its outset as a quasi-government body with no staff and no proper legal existence, to its current position as a significant commercial company with over 40 employees and a turnover in excess of £4million.
David
Morgan
Director of Marketing and Communications
David is an experienced training professional primarily in the delivery of Government funded work based learning having spent 10 years working in the training delivery sector as a direct trainer, Personnel Manager and the senior manager for Wales and the Thames Valley. He has considerable experience of strategic development, project management, business development and quality assurance in work based learning and related care and social issues.
An experienced and highly competent conference and seminar speaker on all issues relating to work based learning, assessment and verification, basic skills, and social inclusion issues, David is responsible for development, dissemination and delivery of the strategy and objectives relating to marketing and communications.
